TL Deposit for Foreign Users

If your ID information registered in your bank account and your ID number defined in your Bitci account do not match, the amount you deposit is not automatically transferred to your account. In order for your investments to be automatically transferred to your Bitci account, your ID number defined in your Bitci account must be the same as the one in the bank.

For this, we kindly ask you to send a selfie photo with a petition along with your identity document defined at the bank. Your face is visible in your selfie document, your petition and your identity document must also be legible.
